Di cosa parla Gundam Reconguista in G?
Nell'anno Regild Century 1014, è trascorso un intero millennio dalla fine del leggendario Secolo Universale, dove leggende come Amuro Ray e Char Aznable dominavano il campo di battaglia come piloti di mobile suit. La superficie della Terra, un tempo fortemente contesa, è ora in gran parte abbandonata, con l'umanità che preferisce vivere in colonie spaziali e sulla superficie della luna. Bellri Zenam, studentessa della Capital Guard Academy, vive una tranquilla vita accademica, ma i suoi giorni normali finiscono con la cattura del pilota pirata Aida Surugan e del suo mobile suit G-Self. Bellri sente una forte connessione mentale con il G-Self e scopre di essere in grado di pilotarlo. Ben presto si ritrova in contesa con la "Guardia della Capitale", una fazione radicale che segue il proprio programma segreto nonostante i desideri dell'esercito americano, che detiene ancora il potere sulla Terra.

The final stand between the nations at war continues inside the earth atmosphere. Miss Aida steps up as the new Amarian leader and Captain Mask and Bellri face each other for the last time in mobile suit battle. A battle which ends with victory for Bellri, but with a real damage done to G-Self. Not all ends well, with the Dorette fleet destroyed and the G-IT Corps on earth the Capital Territory and the Americans need to find their balance and peace together. However with Captain "Luin" Mask and Manny together and Bellri deciding to travel the world there is closure for some.
