大狼十三おおかみじゅうぞうは、どんなに困難な依頼も成し遂げる伝説の殺し屋。 ある日、とある組織を壊滅させた十三は謎の蜂に刺され、気を失ってしまう。目を覚ますと十三は39歳の大人から13歳の子どもの姿になっていた！ 驚く十三の元にボスから「その姿で中学校に潜入せよ」と司令が下る。彼を待ち受けていたのは、個性豊かなクラスメイトたちとの青春スクールライフだった―― 元の姿に戻ることができるのか！？ 十三のもとに刺客が迫る！
